Submitting a Digital Ad

You can send your digital ad to Canon in several convenient ways.

Canon FTP data transfer portal

The fastest way is by using our free FTP data transfer. Uploading your digital ad through the eSPECS web site delivers your digital ad directly to our server.

E-mail

If your digital ad is no larger than 4-Mb, feel free to send your ad directly to the Production Coordinator. Don't forget to mention publication and issue.

Electronic transfer media

Digital ads can also be sent on several different media options: 100 and 250 Mb Zip disk, 1 and 2 Gb Jaz disk, and CD-ROM. Ship media, proofs, and checklists to Ad Management Services. Media will be returned if a pre-paid shipping envelope, with the return address clearly indicated, is supplied. Media will be returned after the issue is published.

Digital Ad Checklist

It’s very important that you include a Digital Ad Checklist along with your ad. Without it, we cannot process your digital ad correctly and reproduction errors could occur.
