Canon Communications LLC appoints Steve Corrick, VP of Medical Device Brands
New Opportunities Seen in Core Medical Device Sector
Los Angeles, CA (September 8, 2009) – Canon Communications LLC has appointed Steve Corrick to the newly created position of Vice President, Medical Device Brands, for the Publishing Division. Corrick comes to Canon from Ziff Davis Enterprise where he served as VP of Sales, Events. Corrick will report to Ron Wall, Senior Vice President, Publishing Division.
In his new role, Corrick will be responsible for shepherding the growth of Canon’s global medical device portfolio in both print and digital formats. The integrated media brands he will oversee include MD&DI, Medical Product Manufacturing News, European Medical Device Manufacturer, China Medical Device Manufacturer and online portal Medical Device Link (www.devicelink.com).

The move is a return to familiar ground for Corrick, who served as Sales Director for International Medical Device Events at Canon from 1993-2000. Canon’s medical device brands represent a fantastic group of products and I am looking forward to helping them grow across all channels as we strive to deliver true next-generation brands to our audience.”
